Earlier this week, I posted that Beverly Gross was apparently struck by a vehicle driven by Martha Aceto while she was walking on a sidewalk. Metro Police report that on Tuesday, Martha Aceto was headed south on Rainbow Boulevard when she drifted onto the sidewalk and hit 55-year-old Beverly Gross. The police indicate that their was a child in Aceto’s car. Reports indicate that Gross was transported to University Medical Center in critical condition.
