DAUGHTERS OF BEVERLY GROSS SEEK JUSTICE
Earlier this week, I posted that Beverly Gross was apparently struck by a vehicle driven by Martha Aceto while she was walking on a sidewalk. Initially, Mrs. Gross was transported to the hospital in critical condition.

DRIVER STRIKES PEDESTRIAN ON SIDEWALK

Metro Police report that on Tuesday, Martha Aceto was headed south on Rainbow Boulevard when she drifted onto the sidewalk and hit 55-year-old Beverly Gross. The police indicate that their was a child in Aceto’s car. Reports indicate that Gross was transported to University Medical Center in critical condition.

Sadly, two people in the Metro Police jurisdiction lost their lives in traffic related deaths this week. Metro Police announced that these fatalities bring the total traffic related deaths in 2009 to 46.
